I think this is a great little game for pre-schoolers (and above).

Small and simple, so quick to load, and easy to play - ideal.

The game is based on established (physical) childrens games. The older versions 0.4.x are basically Mr Potato Head, all-be-it with changeable heads. Version 0.5, still starts with the Potato-head, but adds other backgrounds and shapes, turning the game into a virtual F*zzy-F*lt. Once I finished playing I even let the kids have a go!

Good and bad news is: good news, KTuberling is available for Windows; but bad news limited to v0.4x, as a standalone. v0.5 is available as part of the KDE for Windows project, but sadly this project yet doesn't suit all installations.

In spite of this minor short coming, it is a very worthwhile download for pc's for the young. I expect to be installing it for sometime to come!
